Executive Communications Consultant
Job Overview
In this role, you will work as part of the Executive Communications Team to support corporate leaders by owning all aspects of the communications strategy and execution. You will work closely with sales, business, technology, and thought leaders across the organization to drive an overarching communications strategy that reaches a diverse set of audiences.
Job Responsibilities
*Work closely with the leadership team to create crisp and clear communications, presentations, and speaking notes for leaders
*Assist in analyzing and applying feedback received from the audiences of the leaders' engagements
*Effectively influence others and move toward the successful achievement of our communications goals
*Actively identify new opportunities to continually improve our communications strategies and deliverables
Skills and Experience Required
*10+ years’ executive communications and communications management experience
*You possess a bachelor’s degree or higher, or equivalent
*Strong Executive Communications expertise including email communications and preparation for executive meetings, customer meetings, and events.
*Stellar communication skills; presentation, written, verbal, listening and influencing
*You are passionate, flexible, highly organized, and always happy to jump in and go above and beyond to get the job done.
*You are a self-motivated, creative, results-oriented team-player, who is comfortable working and delivering results autonomously.

Administrative Assistant / Marketing Assistant
Job Overview
Creative Marketing Agency seeks an outgoing and energetic individual to assist with daily operations, and is open to position being part-time or full-time employment. In this role, you will report to, and work closely with, the CEO to execute a variety of administrative assistant and marketing assistant deliverables each day. Examples of projects managed by the agency, and tasks you will assist with include: scheduling meetings and managing calendars, answering phones, ordering supplies, creating social media posts, editing PowerPoint decks, creating a variety of copy/content to be used in correspondence, press releases, presentations, social media posts, direct mail campaigns, websites, etc., and general project management.
Job Responsibilities
*Assist with management of CEO’s calendar
*Prepare and manage confidential information, maintaining good practice with integrity
*Assist with planning and management of special projects, events, and initiatives
*Coordinate travel arrangements
*Create and submit expense reports, and organize receipts and records
*Create and maintain office and client files – hardcopy and electronically
*Editing PowerPoint Decks
*Creating and managing social media posts
*Assisting the CEO with a variety of projects as part of the daily agency operations
Skills and Experience Required
*Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite – Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word
*Exceptional verbal/written communication and project management skills
*Ability to communicate effectively at an executive level
*Extremely organized with exceptional follow through
*Ability to prioritize and manage work and trade-offs against critical project timelines in a fast-paced environment
*Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
*Ability to handle confidential information with subtlety and tact
